Shipping
We use either Registered airmail or EMS (Express Mail Service) for most shipments. Occasionally we use another method if the customer gives us special instructions to do so.
Shipping by Registered airmail takes about 2 weeks to most destinations in USA, Europe or Australia.
Shipping by EMS takes about 3-8 days to most destinations in USA, Europe or Australia.
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once your shipment has been sent. The customers are responsible for all charges at destination. We cannot predict what these charges are. It depends on your luck & your customs.
Returns & Claims
If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us (with photos if necessary). All claims must notify us within 48 hours after the arrival of item and return it within 7 days. The item must return in original, unused condition and you are responsible for all shipping cost(the real shipping cost that we sent and the return shipping cost).
Warranty
NOBUNAKA offer 12 months warranty for workmanship defects. (Color fading is not covered by NOBUNAKA warranty)
